Europoint, Conferences & Exhibitions, is an innovative and creative company with a 12-year history in the field of organising conferences & exhibitions worldwide. From our base in Zeist, the Netherlands, we have organised conferences and exhibitions from Moscow to Milan, from Berlin to Brussels and from London to Amsterdam. We have also used our experience in assisting others in organising their own successful events.

Many events that we organise are our own titles. In order to set up these titles we identify new technologies and developments in certain sectors of industry and in cooperation with representatives of these sectors the events are set up. Our events are meeting places for the public and private sectors. We intend to bring together all links in the chain of a specific industry sector for them to network, exchange know-how, learn from each other’s expertise and experience and help their businesses grow.

Ahoy Rotterdam

Ahoy Rotterdam is an unique venue in The Netherlands, due to its combination of an Arena, Exhibition and Event halls and a Congress and Meeting Centre. The arena is mainly used for big concerts, conferences, presentations, congresses, tournaments and trade fairs. The Exhibition and Event halls, varying from 3,000 to 30,000 m2 welcome trade fairs in a single large hall to a series of exhibits in different halls, receptions to post-event drinks. Ahoy’s Congress and Meeting Centre is particularly suitable for smaller congresses, presentations and meetings. Besides facilitating, Ahoy Rotterdam organises itself as well.
